Cancellations
I understand that there are situations in your life that may prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointments. Your time is of value just as mine. Please notify JOSA Massage & Spa within 24-48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-calls / no-shows would require me to charge the full amount of service that you scheduled for. Discount vouchers purchased on a third-party site are subject to a $30 fee per service or forfeiture of the purchased voucher. You would have to settle your balance before scheduling your next appointment.
Refunds
Please ensure that it is my purpose that you receive the best service here at JOSA. However, if you feel that you are not satisfied, please let me know what I can do next time to better serve you. JOSA does not refund any money to a service or gift certificates purchased. It is up to my discretions if I can exchange a service for another service.
Groupon Vouchers
Groupon is a great way for new clients to use and experience services. Vouchers are used one-time only for new clients. Afterwards, they are more than welcome to purchase services directly from the spa. We have Gift Certificates Available!
